Corrugated cardboard display rack is a new type of corrugated cardboard structure that has emerged with the development of POP advertising, expanding the application fields of corrugated cardboard. It generally includes floor standing display racks, countertop display racks, hook style display racks, and theme display heads. The corrugated cardboard display stand has the advantages of being green, environmentally friendly, convenient for transportation, and assembled quickly. Placed in the sales venue, it has the function of displaying products and conveying information, which is beneficial for sales.
1. Floor standing display stand
The structural feature of a floor display is that it can be placed separately without the need for other support and has many layers, making it very suitable for placement in supermarkets and promotional stores. It is not only very eye-catching in short-term promotions, but also flexible and convenient to assemble. Combined with exquisite printing patterns, it can achieve excellent promotional effects.
According to the different placement directions and structures, it can be divided into single-sided (Figure 1), double-sided (Figure 2), three sided (Figure 3), and four sided (Figure 4) floor standing display racks.
2. Countertop display rack
Counter display is generally used in places such as cash registers, counters, and shelves. Generally, it uses micro corrugated and has fewer display layers, making it suitable for small and exquisite products.
The most commonly used method is single-sided display, which can be divided into partition type (Figure 5), step type (Figure 6), hook type (Figure 7), and slot type (Figure 8) according to different structures
3. Hook style display stand
The characteristic of a Sidekick or Hanger Display is that the display surface is designed with hooks arranged in a regular manner, fixed inside corrugated cardboard, and the products are hung on the hooks. Suitable for displaying a large number of card hanging products. Commonly used in supermarket shelves and promotional stores. Due to the limited unidirectional load-bearing capacity of the hook material and cardboard, lightweight small products are generally placed. According to the number and direction of hooks, the structure can be divided into single-sided (Figure 9), double-sided (Figure 10), three sided (Figure 11), and four sided (Figure 12) hook display racks.
4. Theme Display Stackhead
Dump Bin&Stackable PDQ is a product display formed by individual display of goods in supermarkets. Sometimes it is a single brand product display, and sometimes it is a combination of several brands. Usually placed on floats, or box products stacked directly on the ground or pallets. Common types include flat mouth type (Figure 13), stacked type (Figure 14), specific type (Figures 15&16), etc.
